Javën e kaluar organizuam trajnimin për lidership, zgjidhjen e konfliktit dhe menaxhimin e projekteve me të rinjtë e Gjakovës. Studentët u angazhuan në aktivitete që i ndihmuan të dallojnë mes konceptit të lidershipit, avokimit, mendimit kritik e bashkëjetesës.
➡Pjesëmarrësit punuan në grupe për të krijuar fushata avokuese mbi çështje që i vlerësuan si të rëndësishme për komunitetin e tyre.Gjate ketij trajnimi ata poashtu zhvilluan mendimin kritik dhe bashkëpunimin social.
Ky projekt financohet përmes grantit të Ambasadës Amerikane në Prishtinë . Mendimet, përfundimet dhe konkludimet apo rekomandimet e shprehura këtu janë të autorëve dhe jo medoemos pasqyrojnë qëndrimet e Departmentit të Shtetit US.

Youth ready for advocacy
Last week, we successfully we organized a training on Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Project Management with the youth of Gjakova. The training provided participants with valuable insights into the distinctions between leadership, advocacy, critical thinking, and coexistence .
➡ Participants engaged in collaborative group work to design advocacy campaigns addressing key issues they identified as more important for their communities .During this training they also developed critical thinking and social cooperation.
